This Polaris RZR "Big Gun" access panel fan is perfect for those chilly days, The panel comes with a built-in fan to heat up the cab of your RZR, by sucking in warm engine heat. 2014 to 2024 RZR's that come with the Polaris 5454122 access panel.
This is the big brother of my other fan, Polaris RZR access panel with fan, for heat. Stay warm on chilly days! Which does not include, the front barrel. This new access panel holds a 120x38mm, 4000 rpm, high output fan. It features a high rake and temperature rated blade assembly.
It is designed for fireplace inserts and mini swamp coolers. Not a cheap computer fan, by any means.Polaris access panel provides sturdy mounting tabs and has a rear mounted guard that won't allow debris to be sucked into the fan and will not restrict air flow. The front features a 2" long-4" diameter barrel that shoots the heat between the seats, instead of shot gunning it in all directions. It grabs the heat that builds up in the pocket between the rear cab panel & the engine and blows it into your cab.
Though it does not create heat, it helps keep a RZR interior comfortable during cold weather rides. These work very good with a full enclosure and are m. Uch cheaper and easier to install than a factory heater.
Puts out good heat, depending on riding conditions. Works very good on turbo models!
Check to see if you have the access panel in the back, between the seats. If you have the panel, this will fit. Some installations require the panel to be installed, with the fan, up.Includes a long, 8 foot power cord that can be ran through the console or floor with a fused, on/off switch, that plugs into the front or rear (4 seater) accessory port (cigarette lighter). All wiring connections are soldered and heat shrank for durability. High rake fan blades for maximum output.
Nonreversible (cannot be switched or wired to run backwards). Power cord 8 foot, push button (lighted when "on") switch and contains a 5 amp, buss style fuse. T ested for quality and proudly built since 2017.
