095 Wall 4130 Aircraft Grade 1 1/4 Inch Chromoly Steel. They are professionally TIG welded by our in house welding team and then Powder Coated in Polaris Red, Black, Orange, Blue or available Bare and uncoated if you prefer to powder coat or paint them yourself! You will notice that a lot of manufacturers use a low carbon Rod Ends/Heim Joints and Aluminum Spacers on their Radius Bars.

We use 8 Chrome Plated 5/8 Inch 4130 Chromoly Racing Rod End/Heim Joints that are lateral load rated at 18,000 lbs and 16 304 Stainless Steel Mis-Alignment Spacers. These are by far the very best RS1 Bars on the Market Today!
